Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026
Please note: This document is provided for general informational purposes and is a starting point, not legal advice. BuildMyWebNow is not a law firm. We recommend having a licensed California attorney review these terms before relying on them.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of buildmywebnow.com (the "Site") operated by BuildMyWebNow ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. Services we perform for paying clients are governed by our separate Client Services Agreement.

1. Use of the Site

You may use this Site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Our Services

We provide website design, development, SEO, hosting, and related digital services. Descriptions and prices on the Site are for general information and may change. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer until confirmed in a written agreement.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Search-engine rankings and marketing outcomes are never guaranteed. We build every site using current SEO best practices and optimize the factors within our control, but Google and other platforms independently determine rankings based on many factors we do not control, and results take time. We do not promise any specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue. Any examples, pricing, timelines, or testimonials are illustrative and not a guarantee of your results.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, and template demos — is owned by BuildMyWebNow unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we create for paying clients is addressed in the Client Services Agreement.

5. Third-Party Tools

Our Site and services rely on third-party providers (such as Vercel for hosting and Resend for email). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers, though we'll work to resolve them promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildMyWebNow and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to hold BuildMyWebNow harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
